Had a shower. Went downstairs for steak and potatoes.

Am at my room. The windows are wide open.

And am getting fresh air.

We should not allow her to use her computer for more than an hour

a day. That computer can be the Devil.

It can get its claws even on old people like me.

Am going to get some sleep now.
