Are present all the time. Every hour. Suddenly. Unexpectedly.
We all know that. But we don’t know when those are about to come.
Otherwise we would be prepared and nothing would happen.
Until it happens. Your best friend just was in a car accident. Thank God
he is OK. Your dad had a heart attack…is at the hospital now. Your
Mom…who divorced your Dad because she was caught infraganti being
unfaithful…with his best friend…whom he had known since childhood
whom happened to be his Best Man at his wedding…in company of his
best friend whose wife had been his girlfriend….gets complicated.
The poor old man is at his last moments…telling his prayers…
when all of a sudden his lover…an outstanding beauty shows up asking
for him. The poor old man feels as Lazarus being resuscitated by Jesus.
Sweet Heavens! The sudden commotion all over the hospital!
Everybody wants to meet and see your Dad’s lover. More than one gets
a heart attack. See…? Contingency after contingency. Your Dad and
lover go home and the story ends happily. But, contingencies happen.
