Hope your parents are shielding you from all those bad news from all

over the world. Currently, those from the Ukraine/ Russia conflict.

The images are highly disturbing. A man with nerves of steel still can

shudder in disgust at. Tears fall to my chest seeing such horror.

My appetite is dead. My sleep is scarce. And…those are people I don’t

know. But the suffering of children and old men walking slowly

by the highways…is painful to watch. Not to think about those who are

about to die. Leaving their loved ones behind.

The home yards that were full of laughter and merry…are in mourning.

They look darker than depression. The tree stems and leaves are tears.

Desolation and obliteration are sisters running down the streets.

The empty streets. Apartment buildings look as ghosts.

Grayish and old. As lungs perforated by bullets. The Winter winds hoot

as mad owls. The whole scenario is terrifying. Man’s inhumanity is all

over. And all for a few Pennies.
